I thought this looked a little dubious in the menu, but CL said its as good as home-cooked tau yew bak (Dark soya sauce stewed Pork) ... and it certainly didn't dissapoint. Excellent!

Deep fried pork balls - Yummy! Served with raisins on the side, interesting.

Penang Prawn Mee - Looks good, but the flavour was no-where compared to 'hawker' style noodles at Penang or even at Jalan Loke Yew (KL), or O&S (PJ).

Overall I have to say that Bernard's / Champ's does take care of what they cook and serve, and I look forward to many more meals here.

Yay, made it in time to Centrepoint for the big game, the finals between Super Dan and our own Lee Chong Wei from Butterworth, Penang!

Yes that dejected look on Lee Chong Wei's face says it all ... compare that with Lin "Super Dan"'s confidence and energy!

We got stuffed! Lin Dan went mad, running around, doing military like salutes (He is in the army after all), and throwing his racquet AND both shoes at the crowd which went berzerk! WELL DONE, Lin Dan and GOOD JOB MALAYSIA ... Our first and only medal in the Beijing 2008 games!
